77blankets
77 blankets to the Tshwane SPCA
Delivered in the worst of the winter cold, every one donated by a private individual in the suburb. They went straight to animals waiting for homes.

A registered non-profit for the whole of Moreleta Park. We turn what residents are worried about into funded, accounted-for work on the ground.

MAP is four months into operating under its new name. These are deliveries, not plans — all of it funded by residents of this suburb.

77blankets
Delivered in the worst of the winter cold, every one donated by a private individual in the suburb. They went straight to animals waiting for homes.

40blankets
Handed to residents of a Pretoria North home for elderly people with no family support, along with chocolates. Delivered by hand, one room at a time.

2drives running
Non-perishables, bedding and work-ready clothing collected from residents and sorted for households in Moreleta Park going through a hard stretch.

The Moreleta Park Action Plan NPC — formerly CCF Moreletapark — completed an independent governance audit in April 2026 and reported its findings to the statutory authorities. The name changed, the books were cleared, and the mandate narrowed to three things.
We work across the whole suburb alongside the CPF, SAPS, the City of Tshwane and accredited private security, guided by an advisory committee that includes a professional civil engineer, a doctor of electrical engineering and a security specialist.
No director and no officer of MAP draws a salary. Not one rand of what you contribute pays a person at MAP. It is legally ring-fenced for operations, community work and security infrastructure.
MAP Care
Food relief, clothing, emergency bedding and crisis support for households in the suburb who hit a bad month. Every reported hardship is checked before we act.
Public space
Park clean-ups, verge maintenance and planting, so the suburb looks like somewhere people are proud to live — and property values follow.
Eyes on the street
Street-facing AI cameras and 24/7 armed response, scaled out from the model already proven in the Charlie Zone.
Ring-fence Moreleta Park
Eight camera poles carrying sixteen AI-powered cameras, placed on the crossings criminals actually use, monitored around the clock and backed by armed patrol vehicles.

Coverage · Phase 2
Chosen with the advisory committee for where people actually enter and leave the suburb.
90%
drop in crime
Crime in the Charlie Zone — the older part of Moreleta Park — fell to virtually zero within twelve months of this exact system going live. Phase 2 extends it to the rest of the suburb.
Cameras supplied by Ghosthome. Monitored and responded to by Bull Security, backed by dedicated tactical patrol vehicles.

Bring the family, buy a pancake, and put a camera on a pole. Everything raised at the stall goes to the Phase 2 camera network.

MAP does not own cameras or employ guards. We coordinate, raise the money and hold the contracts — the work is done by people who do it for a living.
