Who you are dealing with

This site is operated by Moreleta Park Action Plan NPC (NPC 2021/370216/08), a non-profit company registered in South Africa, 12 Zinkwaze Street, Hillside Estate, Moreleta Park, 0044.

Contributions

Contributions are donations to the NPC, not purchases, and are not refundable once received. Funds raised for a named project are ring-fenced for that project. If a project cannot proceed, the executive will apply the funds to the closest equivalent community project and report this publicly.

MAP is not yet an approved Public Benefit Organisation. Section 18A tax certificates cannot be issued until that approval comes through. Nothing on this site should be read as a promise that a contribution is currently tax-deductible.

Event pre-orders

A pre-order reserves stock; it is not a payment and creates no charge. Payment happens in person at the stall. Uncollected orders are released at the end of the event. If the event is cancelled or postponed we will contact you on the number you gave us.

Security services

MAP raises funds for and coordinates security infrastructure. It does not itself provide security or armed response services. Those are delivered by independent, accredited providers named on this site under their own contracts and licences. MAP gives no guarantee against crime or loss.

Accuracy

Project figures, coverage points and timelines are published in good faith and may change as work progresses. Photographs on this site are of MAP's own activities.
